August 2026
Even in life's darkest moments, there is light to be found.
Moonlit Mental Health is a new mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized psychiatric care.
At Moonlit Mental Health, we specialize in psychiatric medication management and psychoeducation/brief psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Our providers evaluate symptoms, diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe and manage medications when appropriate, monitor treatment progress, and help patients better understand their diagnoses and treatment options.
Please note: Moonlit Mental Health does not provide counseling services, as our main initiative is psychotropic initiation and management if indicated. Patients who would benefit from counseling will be encouraged to work with a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist in conjunction with medication management when appropriate.
Our goal is to provide accessible, evidence-based psychiatric medication management in a welcoming and supportive environment while helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Our Philosophy
Compassionate care.
Convenient access.
Moonlit Mental Health exists to provide accessible, thoughtful, and clinically sound psychiatric medication management that meets people where they are—both in life and in time of day. Care is designed to be convenient, evidence-based, and grounded in respect for each individual’s autonomy, culture, and lived experience.
Access and Convenience
Mental health care should be available when patients can realistically engage. Evening, weekend, and telehealth services are offered to reduce barriers and support continuity. Systems are structured to be efficient, predictable, and easy for patients to navigate while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries and safety.
Clinical Excellence
Treatment is guided by current evidence, sound diagnostic practice, and measurable outcomes. Medication management and psychoeducation are integrated to support functional improvement and long-term stability. When needs exceed the scope of outpatient care, timely referral and coordination with higher levels of care are prioritized.
Respect and Partnership
Patients are treated as partners in care. Shared decision-making, transparent communication, and clear expectations support therapeutic alliance and adherence. Care plans are individualized and developmentally appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults.
